An Energetically Balanced Christmas

November 4, 2017

Whilst Christmas can be a wonderful time for families and loved ones to connect and share space, for many people it can be tough; emotions such as sadness, grief and loneliness can all surface creating disharmony and conflict.

The triggers that Christmas brings are different for all of us, but they are plentiful, and often overwhelming. And, even if it the festive period is a happy time for you, it can still be stressful.

In fact, recent studies show that 56% of Australian women report an increase in stress levels at this time of the year.

It’s important to set time for self-care so you can build up some reserves and not burnout. Try to remain mindful and take time for yourself… do the things that fill you up; a walk in nature, a swim in the ocean, a little meditation.  Be firm with setting boundaries that work for you and try to avoid known triggers.

If you feel anxious or stressed then an energy healing session can help with these symptoms and perfectly compliments any other modalities that you may be undertaking.

Our energy field becomes blocked, distorted and fragmented when we are stressed and anxious making it hard for us to function in our worlds. A gentle energy balancing session can help to unblock and untangle the energy field, allowing for a smooth flow, restoring a sense of peace and harmony to your being.

On a more physical level, an energy treatment can be deeply relaxing, making space for the body to produce more dopamine and serotonin (the happy hormones) and reduce the production of cortisol and adrenaline (the anxiety hormones).

You can’t pour from an empty cup, so take care of yourself first and make sure you are ready to really enjoy Christmas this year from a deeper energetic level.
